Mr. Payne is an Emissions Trader Dominion Energy Clearinghouse. Headquartered in Richmond, Va., Dominion Energy Clearinghouse is the energy trading and marketing operation of Dominion (NYSE: D), one of the largest energy marketers in North America. Mr. Payne, who joined Dominion in September 2002, is responsible for managing Dominion's portfolio of emission commodities, and serves as company consultant on issues surrounding emissions trading. Prior to joining Dominion, Mr. Payne held positions in emissions and energy trading at Aquila Energy, Kansas City, Missouri, and Koch Energy Trading, Houston Texas. Mr. Payne also worked in energy marketing for Illinova Power marketing in Salt lake City, Utah. Mr. Payne holds a Bachelors Degree in Sociology from Brigham Young University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah, Salt Lake City.

Mr. Huetteman is President of Power & Energy Analytic Resources, (PEAR) Inc., a Georgia corporation providing expert advisory services and technical support to companies seeking to manage environmental risks in deregulated electricity markets. His company publishes Allowance Market Outlooks covering the trading of SO2, NOx, and mercury in the U.S., as well as CO2 across regional and global markets. Mr. Huetteman has extensive experience in the area of emissions credit trading, ranging from modeling allowance market conditions to strategies for improving operational cost competitiveness and was involved in efforts to formulate EPA's model NOx trading rule for implementation of the Agency's rules on transport of ozone to non-attainment areas. He has also completed a number of due diligence efforts for energy asset acquisitions both in the U.S. and Europe. Prior to founding PEAR, Inc., Mr. Huetteman was Vice President in EDS's Management Consulting Services group, responsible for its strategic fuel management program and power markets practice. From 1986-1989, Mr. Huetteman was Director of DRI/McGraw-Hill's Coal Service. Prior to that, he was a Regulatory Impact Analyst with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in the Energy Policy Division.

Jim Moore is a Senior Emissions Trader at Ameren Energy Fuels and Services Company, a subsidiary of Ameren Corporation. He joined Ameren in 1984 as an electrical design engineer at the Callaway Nuclear Plant. He has held positions in Nuclear, Corporate Planning, Transmission and Distribution and Interchange Marketing at Ameren. He has experience trading electricity, gas and emissions. In 1998 he left Ameren and served as Regional Marketing Director for Illinois Power, a subsidiary of Illinova Corporation. In 2000 he was appointed to his current position with AFS. Moore earned his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla, and a master's in business administration from Washington University, John M. Olin School of Business. He was awarded the Advanced Certificate in International Affairs from the Washington University, School of Arts and Sciences. He served a four-year term as Secretary of the Executive Committee of Union Electric's political action committees. Moore is a certified Professional Engineer in Missouri and a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

Ms. Wood’s practice focuses on environmental and administrative law, with an emphasis on air issues, including global climate change, emissions trading, the establishment and implementation of national ambient air quality standards, and general and transportation conformity. Ms. Wood has experience in appellate and district court litigation, agency rulemakings, compliance advice, and legislative representation. Representative clients include companies and trade associations in the electric generation industry, manufacturing industries, and transportation and land development industries.

Greg Pool is the Sr. Renewable Energy Trader for BP Energy.  After graduating from Texas A&MUniversitywith a degree in Environmental Engineering, Mr. Pool worked for Temple Inland Forest Products.  After serving in several management roles, he entered the energy industry with a natural gas options brokerage shop in Houstonwhere he established a broker desk to focus on environmental based commodities.  He joined BP Energy in 2004 to develop their Renewable Energy Trading desk and support the company’s existing power desks.  As a top-tier power marketer in North America, BP has heavy interest RPS driven markets.  Through the Renewable Energy Trading desk, BP is participating in all actively traded RECs markets facilitating liquidity, supporting and implementing price transparency, and encouraging the growth of the market.

Bob Shults joined APX in August 2002 and currently serves as Managing Director in Commercial Services and is a member of the Executive Management Committee. APX is North America’s leading provider of environmental registry & banking solutions for markets in renewable energy, energy efficiency credits and greenhouse gas related environmental commodities. Mr. Shults has more than two decades of experience in the energy sector in disciplines that include trading, origination, risk management, technology, operations, accounting, regulatory, strategy, project management and project development. Immediately prior to joining APX, Mr. Shults was a Senior Director for UBS Warburg Energy and Enron North America in the power and natural gas trading business. Mr. Shults has a Master of Business Administration degree in finance and international business and Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. Mr. Shults currently serves on EMA’s Board and is a frequent speaker at environmental and energy conferences regarding the development of environmental markets.

Mike Taylor is currently a Senior Emissions Trader with Louis Dreyfus Energy Services, a position that he has held since June 2006. Louis Dreyfus Energy Services is a major North American energy merchant active in the processing, trading, marketing and transporting of a wide range of energy products. The company supports its energy activities with a diversified processing, pipeline and storage asset base operated to provide bundled commodity and logistics services to the energy industry. Mr. Taylor has five years of experience in energy trading specializing in emissions trading. Prior to joining Louis Dreyfus, Mr. Taylor was Senior Trader in Coal and Emissions with NRG Energy where he was responsible for optimizing the emissions portfolio for the 25,000 MW fleet and adding incremental value through trading in the environmental markets. Prior positions include Consulting Associate with CRA, Senior Emissions Trader at Multifuels LP and Analyst on the Enron Coal and Emissions Desk.  Mr. Taylor currently serves on EMA’s Board and has been a speaker at numerous energy conferences regarding emissions trading and marketing.
