Happy for a family run car shop. Folks are friendly and do seem to try to help with financially responsible choices. Appointments are honored and the paperwork is easy and electronic versions are a plus. Except, if you are an oil change and the next guy needs a financial AdVisor for his, the wait was Unpleasant. Disappointing that a regular customer did not better attention

Came on a Tuesday at 3:00 and they had all lanes going except one I believe. It was a painless and surprisingly fast visit here. Employees are wearing masks. In regards to wiping down between customers I did NOT see anyone wiping down anything in the booth they have you sit in. Protocol or not idk,I just know Google always asks about it!

My expectation was that of having an appointment affords you a more timely transaction which was not the case. To some degree, I understand that things get busy – but communicating that makes things far more acceptable. I felt that due to having a groupon that I was less of a priority to them. Above all, quality service that could be ideal with better communication and timeliness of service.

First time in this establishment and the two gentleman at the front desk were unbelievably respectful and nice. They spoke to me very kindly and were really friendly! I appreciated the level of work they did as well as being nice enough to tell me honestly some fair priced and reliable places for me to get tires. They didn’t try to overcharge me as a woman, and no “pulling the wool over your eye”. Ladies you know what I’m talking about on this one! They were absolute gentleman and my car is working GREAT! Will be continuing my business here for a LONG TIME!
